Youth Innovation Center Strategy, 2019 - 2024

Over the past several years, The Possible Zone has undergone a complete programmatic redesign, including a transition to a competency-based learning model. This coincided with the development and launch of a 36,000sqft youth innovation and community center located in the heart of Jackson Square, a neighborhood home to Boston’s largest public housing development. During this time I spearheaded the development of TPZ's new Deep Dive program component, the design and buildout of its Design Labs and Fab Lab, and the development of a new core competency called Technological Agency.
